General Summary

Responsible for performing and monitoring collection procedures to include Peripheral blood stem cell (PBSC), Mononuclear (MNC) and Granulocyte (PMN) and other donation processes that Client/Sponsor requests under Nurse supervision.

Education According to the Job Description

Required Education: Requires a high school diploma or general equivalency diploma.

Preferred Education: Prefer sixty (60) hours from an accredited college or university or Associate Degree from an

accredited college or university. The preferred major is is Nursing or related field.

Required Experience: Requires three or more years phlebotomy experience.

Requires to be fluent Spanish/English.

Preferred Experience: Prefer two years peripheral IV insertion experience.

Prefer two or more years of apheresis collection experience in dialysis, plasma, platelets and/or

blood center.

CITI training preferred.

Experience with clinical research preferred.

Job Level Education

High School diploma • 3+ years of relevant experience
