    Job Description

    Position Overview:

    We are seeking a dedicated and dynamic individual to serve as the **Associate Director, Companions Admission & Program Recruitment** for a newly created intergenerational, lifelong learning initiative rooted in the Jesuit tradition. Boston College Companions: Fellows for Leadership and Service is designed to guide accomplished professionals (Fellows) through purpose exploration, discernment practices, and spiritual growth. The ideal candidate will lead the efforts in recruitment, admission, and onboarding processes while supporting the program's marketing, communications, and alumni engagement efforts.

    Key Responsibilities:

    Recruitment and Admission:

    + Identify, recruit, interview, and manage the application pool of domestic and international Fellows.

    + Coordinate the logistics for the review of applications, including interview scheduling and dossier preparation.

    + Provide exceptional service and guidance to prospective Fellows, offering detailed program and University information.

    Programming and Onboarding:

    + Develop and implement recruitment programming to yield a diverse cohort of Fellows.

    + Create and maintain a comprehensive onboarding calendar and resources to ensure a smooth transition for Fellows.

    + Serve as the liaison with the Office of International Students and Scholars (OISS) for international Fellow support and travel vendors for the annual Pilgrimage with Fellows.

    Marketing and Communications:

    + Coordinate all marketing and communication efforts for the program, including website content, outreach materials, and event promotion.

    + Serve as the primary web content coordinator, working closely with the Director to maintain an engaging and accurate online presence.

    Data and Systems Management:

    + Manage the day-to-day operations of the Slate CRM system, including report generation, application processing, and communication workflows.

    + Ensure accurate data collection and reporting for enrollment and tracking purposes.

    Alumni Engagement:

    + Create and maintain an alumni council to foster ongoing relationships with cohort members.

    + Work collaboratively with alumni to develop resources and programming that benefit current and future Fellows.

    Resource Development:

    + Collaborate with the Director to curate and maintain a list of academic and personal development resources for Fellows

     

    Full-Time Equivalent Hiring Range: $77,950-$97,450; salary commensurate with relevant experience.

    Requirements

    Qualifications

    + Experience in recruitment or admissions or advancement and program management, preferably in a higher education or lifelong learning context.

    + Familiarity with Jesuit values and a commitment to purpose-driven education.

    + Proficiency in CRM systems (preferably Slate) and data management.

    + Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.

    + Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

    + Experience working with diverse populations, including international students, is preferred.
