    POSITION SUMMARY

    Set up, adjust, and operate metal fabrication machinery and equipment to change raw material structure based on given specifications. Fabricate directly from drawings, or programming and work instructions .

    DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

    + Fabricate directly from drawings and work instructions without supervision

    + Setup and operate various metal fabrication machines

    + Inspect parts to ensure accuracy

    + Above-average skills related to the Shear, Break, Punch, and other fabrication related equipment

    + Can handle and operate standard Fabrication hand tools, ie. Drills, grinders, etc.

    + Ability to read and understand Complex Mechanical Fabrication Drawings

    QUALIFICATIONS

    + Previous experience with Punch Press preferred

    + Knowledge of metal forming equipment and ability to adjust and solve problems as needed

    + Must be able to lift up to 50lbs

    + Experienced in Fabrication or related activities

    + High School Diploma or GED preferred

    + Ability to operate typical fabrication hand tools

     

    The target hourly range is $21.00 - $25.00, depending upon qualifications and experience. Expanded pay ranges may be available for growth and advancement opportunities. In addition to hourly pay, the compensation package also includes eligibility for profit-sharing and monthly bonus opportunity. Additionally, for eligible full-time employees, we offer a competitive benefits package including medical, dental, vision, life, and disability benefits; paid time off and paid holidays; 401(k) retirement plan and employee stock ownership plan.
