    Job Overview

     

    Ebenezer is looking for a **Lead Culinary Assistant** to join our team at Pillars of Lakeville in Lakeville, MN! This position is responsible for dining room meal service to residents.

    This nutrition services schedule includes;

    + 21 hours every two weeks

    + Part time

    + Includes every other weekend & holiday rotation

    **The Pillars of Lakeville** brings the best of senior care & living to the Twin Cities’ fastest-growing south metro community near Farmington. This beautiful new building will offer 100 senior apartments including independent and assisted living units as well as a carefully crafted memory care neighborhood on the first floor with a patio courtyard.

    Responsibilities:

    + Serves meals and ensures that the dining area is clean and inviting

    + Promotes and encourages positive resident relations and satisfaction

    + Provides support and direction to Culinary Assistants

    + Performs other duties as assigned

    + Complies with all policies and standards

    Required Qualifications:

    + less than 1 year of previous experience

    Preferred Qualifications:

    + High School or

    + GED

    + 1 year of previous experience
