• Research Engineer

    This temporary position involves testbed development and improvement for sponsored projects. Responsibilities include algorithm design, implementation, and experimental analysis, as well as preparing weekly progress reports and presenting results to project sponsors. The role also requires mentoring undergraduate students in the design, execution, and analysis of experiments. Additional duties may include assisting with grant proposal brainstorming and preparation.

    Job Requirements:

    + Bachelor's degree in Electrical or Computer Engineering from an ABET-accredited institution.

    + At least two years of demonstrated experience in:

    + C# and LabVIEW programming

    + Implementation of data acquisition and control systems

    + User interface development

    + Prototype and testbed design

    + Simulation of heat and mass transfer systems using MATLAB
