    FlexStaff is seeking a friendly and organized Medical Receptionist for our client, an orthopedic medical practice. The ideal candidate will have excellent customer service and communication skills, be detail-oriented, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

    RESPONSIBILITIES:

    + Greet patients and visitors in a welcoming and professional manner.

    + Answer and direct phone calls, schedule appointments, and manage patient check-in/check-out.

    + Verify insurance information and collect co-pays/balances.

    + Maintain accurate patient records and assist with other administrative tasks as needed.

    + Maintain a clean and organized reception area.

    QUALIFICATIONS:

    + Previous medical reception experience preferred.

    + Strong customer service and communication skills.

    + Proficient in computer skills and electronic health record (EHR) systems.

    + Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.

    + Experience providing exceptional customer service to discerning clients.

    The salary range for this position is $28-$30/hour
