Child Serve is recruiting for a full-time Operations Coordinator to provide administrative and operational support for our Johnston Developmental Center, as well as direct care back-up for Childcare and Autism Day Program services.

About ChildServe's Developmental Center

ChildServe’s Developmental Center provides specialized weekday care for children with a wide range of needs and abilities. In this role, you will support both our Childcare and Autism Day Program services. You may also collaborate with other programs, such as ABA and Outpatient Therapy, which are integrated within our center.

What You'll Do

+ Maintains records including enrollments, discharges, filing and maintaining back files.

+ Ensure all classrooms have current and accurate child and emergency information, daily documentation forms and care plans.

+ Collects, organizes and verifies daily attendance documentation and meal participation records.

+ Participates in development of child and staff schedules.

+ Provide support for facility needs including supplies and work order requests

+ Maintain records of organizational drills

+ Responsible for greeting parents, visitors and answering phone

+ Provide direct care as needed

+ Other duties as assigned

What You'll Need

+ Required: H igh school diploma with additional training/experience working with computers

+ Required: One year of clerical/administrative work experience in the healthcare delivery or service business required

+ Effective written and oral communication skills

+ Ability to interact as a part of an interdisciplinary team

+ Excellent computer skills and knowledge

+ Ability to be thorough in all work with emphasis on accuracy and attention to detail

Schedule

Monday-Friday: flexible hours between 7:30AM - 6PM

Benefits and Compensation

The starting pay rate for this position is $17.50/hour and increases with years of education and experience.

This role is full-time and eligible for health benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, paid time off, and a 403B retirement account. PTO is frontloaded upon hire and starts accruing immediately.
