We are currently seeking a parts department shipping / receiving clerk to join our team!     What We Offer * Employee lounge with refrigerator and microwave  * Uniforms provided * Discounts on products and services * Highly productive shop * Career advancement opportunities, promote from within * Clean and professional work environment * Free lunch on Saturdays * 401(K) * Paid Vacation  * Health, Dental and Vision insurance at group rates * Basic Life Insurance * Accident and Critical Illness insurance * $15.00 per hour * Tuesday-Saturday   Responsibilities * Receive & send shipments, verify information against invoices, orders and other records * Keep all bins, aisles and storage areas clean and clearly labeled * Maintain receiving and shipping records, as well as returned parts records * Unpack and examine incoming shipments, reject damaged items, record shortages, and correspond with shipper to rectify damages and shortages * Ensure that outgoing shipments meet specifications * Maintain inventory of shipping materials and supplies QUALIFICATIONS: * High School Diploma or Equivalent * Must have a valid driver's license * Ability to use parts department computer system * Good communication skills * Ability to operate a fork lift truck is a plus * Must be have a clean criminal background and pass pre-employment drug screen * Capability to prioritize multiple tasks effectively * Have strong organizational skills and be extremely detail oriented * Be self-motivated and able to accomplish tasks with little supervision * Basic computer knowledge * Must be comfortable sitting, standing and/or walking for long periods of time
