    Simos Solutions Rapid Response Team. As part of the inspection and rework team, your primary responsibility is to examine glass panels for any defects or damage that do not meet company quality standards. If a panel is found to be defective, you will either repair it or replace it with one that meets the required specifications. The role also involves handling and moving panels between racks, ensuring that all defective items are properly reworked before they are forwarded to the shipping department.
