The Impact You'll Make

**As our Manufacturing Engineering Intern** , you’ll play a key role in driving process and equipment improvement initiatives across our facility.

Your impact? You’ll have the opportunity to apply your academic knowledge in a hands-on environment, supporting manufacturing engineers in achieving both site-level and company-wide objectives.

You’ll work cross-functionally with teams throughout the facility and take ownership of improvement ideas and projects—helping us move toward a more efficient, productive, and future-ready operation.

What You’ll Be Doing

+ Assist in the design and implementation of new tools, fixtures, shop aids, and equipment for manufacturing and warehouse operations.

+ Support manufacturing and warehouse teams by gathering employee feedback and helping implement continuous improvement initiatives.

+ Collaborate with team members to audit, update, and develop procedures and work instructions.

+ Conduct data analysis to identify opportunities to enhance productivity, quality, and safety across operations.

+ Stay current on new equipment and technologies, sharing insights to help make our facility safer and more efficient.

What We're Looking For

+ A student currently pursuing a degree in Manufacturing Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.

+ Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications or a strong willingness to learn.

+ A collaborative mindset and the ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.

+ Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with internal and external stakeholders.

+ Solid time and project management skills, with the ability to organize, prioritize, and execute tasks efficiently.

+ A proactive attitude and the confidence to respectfully challenge the status quo and drive improvements.
