Our client, a leading financial services provider, is seeking a Program Manager to join their team. As a Program Manager, you will be part of the project management team supporting various technology initiatives. The ideal candidate will have strong project management skills, excellent communication abilities, and a proactive approach to problem-solving, which will align successfully in the organization.

**Job Title:** Program Manager

**Location:** Charlotte, NC (Hybrid schedule required with a minimum of 3 days per week in the office)

**Pay Range:** $60-$70/hr

What's the Job?

+ Establish and manage projects to deliver desired business outcomes.

+ Lead a variety of projects utilizing different methodologies, including application development and operational efficiency improvements.

+ Manage project financials and partner closely with Change Management teams.

+ Drive overall technology execution and manage stakeholder relationships.

+ Plan, organize, monitor, and control projects using appropriate tools and techniques.

What's Needed?

+ 7+ years of end-to-end project management experience.

+ Strong project management skills with the ability to lead a team and drive results.

+ Agile Certification is required; experience as a Scrum Master or Release Train Engineer is preferred.

+ Excellent oral and written communication skills.

+ Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel).
