Position Responsibilities:
Create and maintain business Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), including establishing aggressive organizational goals, reporting to leadership, and leading cross-functional teams focused on improvement. Create mechanisms to assess risk of new and unique processes, including evaluations of operational and technical processes, resulting in closed loop feedback to product design, product quality, and sustaining engineering teams. Utilize comprehensive knowledge of standards, related disciplines, company strategy and goals to ensure positive hardware and services customer experience. Deliver solutions to complex problems through in-depth data analysis using methodological approaches along with experience, innovation and judgment to make decisions that may be based on partial information. Lead six sigma, root cause analysis, quality assurance, project management and Lean manufacturing concepts to determine root causes of defects, prevent recurrence, enable continuous improvement, and eliminate waste. Understand detailed implications of decisions and make recommendations for arriving at proper quality solutions across product development teams for all product categories, including executive leadership of the organization. Understand customer returns and services features and processes in detail to be able to assess risk and build processes that prevent negative customer experiences due to process risks. Be an expert in operations and supplier quality management, including standard quality management systems. Align cross-functionally, influencing a broad spectrum of stakeholders to gather, develop and manage business requirements. Take ownership of Reverse Logistics Quality Management System (QMS) standards and collaborate with 3P suppliers for development and improvement of their supporting QMS. Manage and deliver results on complex projects involving teams across the company.
40 hours / week, 8:00am-5:00pm, Salary Range: $166,962/year to $223,600/year.

Basic Qualifications
Position Requirements:
Master's degree or foreign equivalent degree in Computer Science, Industrial Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or a related field and one year of experience in the job offered or a related occupation. Employer will accept a Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent degree in Computer Science, Industrial Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or a related field and five years of progressive post-baccalaureate experience in the job offered or a related occupation as equivalent to the Master's degree and one year of experience. Must have one year of experience in the following skills: (1) applying Lean Six Sigma or World Class Manufacturing System (WCM) methodologies; (2) applying 8D Problem Solving Methodology utilizing tools including 5Why, Ishikawa Diagram, or Pareto; (3) owning overall product quality including performing root cause analysis and failure analysis; (4) owning process or design qualification through Design of Experiments (DOE), including statistical analysis; (5) process or design Failure Mode and Effects Analysis (FMEA) application; (6) business-level Key Performance Indicator (KPI) delivery and management of cross-functional continuous improvement; and (7) using statistical process control tools including CpK, Gauge R&R, or control charts to monitor performance and identify improvement opportunities.
