Tittle: Marketing Functional Strategy Analyst

Contract role

Pay Rate: $78.77/hr.

Job Description

As a Functional Strategy Generalist, you will support complex strategic and operational initiatives by structuring core problems, conducting research, gathering data, and delivering deep business insights. You will collaborate with stakeholders across product areas (PA), functions, and sub-functions to influence decisions and drive implementation of strategic recommendations.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead strategic initiatives from inception to completion, ensuring alignment and execution velocity.

Partner with function leaders and product managers to operationalize strategic recommendations.

Analyze trends in the future of work and translate market insights into actionable strategies.

Identify and solve defined and ambiguous business problems through structured analysis and program development.

Support executive communications strategy and internal event planning across functions and regions.

Establish and manage planning processes (OKRs, QBRs, annual planning, budgeting).

Oversee workflows in targeting and measurement processes, ensuring timely and accurate delivery.

Collaborate with stakeholders to develop and refine functional strategies.

Conduct strategic analysis to optimize business performance and execution.

Rapidly gather and analyze data to develop compelling business recommendations.

Minimum Qualifications:

Proficiency in:

Effective questioning and stakeholder influence

KPI development and business insights

Change management and leadership alignment

Systems and data analysis

Project and workflow management

Negotiation and business area knowledge

**Pay Details:** $78.77 per hour
