Description We are looking for a motivated Attorney to join a dynamic and well-established general practice law firm in New York, New York. This role offers the opportunity to work on a broad range of litigation matters while collaborating with experienced legal professionals in a hybrid work environment. Responsibilities:

• Handle a variety of general litigation matters, ensuring cases are managed effectively and efficiently.

• Draft and file motions, briefs, and other legal documents in accordance with court requirements.

• Conduct thorough legal research and analysis to support case strategies and client advisement.

• Participate in discovery processes, including drafting interrogatories, reviewing documents, and preparing depositions.

• Work collaboratively with colleagues and clients to develop and execute litigation strategies.

• Provide clear and concise legal advice to clients, addressing their concerns and objectives.

• Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and ethical standards.

• Manage administrative and case management tasks to maintain organized workflows.

• Attend court proceedings and advocate on behalf of clients.

• Stay informed of legal trends and updates relevant to the firm's practice areas. Requirements • At least one year of experience in civil litigation.

• Active admission to the New York State Bar, or admission pending.

• Strong legal research and analytical skills, with excellent judgment.

• Proficiency in drafting motions, briefs, and other legal documents.

• Familiarity with discovery processes and litigation procedures.

• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.

• Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively.

• Commitment to working in a hybrid work environment, blending in-office and remote work.
