    What You Will Do:

    + Assist customers (both retail and internal service technicians) in identifying and selecting automotive parts and accessories

    + Look up parts using electronic catalogs and inventory systems

    + Process orders, returns, and exchanges accurately and efficiently

    + Maintain parts inventory and place special orders when necessary

    + Provide expert advice and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction

    + Collaborate with service advisors and technicians to ensure timely repairs and accurate parts delivery

    What We Are Looking For:

    + Previous experience in an automotive parts or service role (Ford experience a plus)

    + Strong knowledge of automotive systems and components

    + Excellent communication and customer service skills

    + Proficiency with parts lookup systems and dealership software (CDK/Dealertrack preferred)

    + Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

    + Valid driver’s license and clean driving record

    The expected pay range for this position is $18.00 - $23.00 Hourly, DOE.Actual pay offered may vary depending on skills, experience, job-related knowledge, and location.
