    We are searching for Production Team Members for our high-volume paper & packaging plant located in Devens, MA. Learn our safety, quality and production culture then take advantage of our tuition reimbursement to attend college or trade school.

    * Pay rate starting $21.76/hr plus shift premium, increase after 90-day probationary period

    * Shift Differential for 3rd shift $0.50/hr

    How you will impact WestRock

    The Production Worker will safely perform a wide range of tasks, conducting quality checks, material set-up, machine set up and maintaining a clean and organized workspace. The ideal candidate will have a strong commitment to working safely, demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced environment, a strong desire to learn manufacturing processes and operating complex machinery and powered equipment.

    What you need to succeed:

    * Ability to operate various manufacturing equipment, follow specific direction, operate powered equipment, and other duties as assigned.

    * Ability to work daily overtime, weekend work and various shifts depending on your position.

    * Must be willing to work any available shift.

    * Ability to read a tape measure and have basic math and computer skills.

    * Ability to push, pull, bend, squat, lift, reach and kneel for up to 12 hours a day.

    * Manufacturing experience is preferred but not required.
