Essel is currently seeking a dedicated and skilled Laborer to join our dynamic team. As a Skilled Laborer, you will play a vital role in assisting with various construction projects, ensuring that tasks are executed efficiently and safely. Key Responsibilities:

+ Execute general labor tasks to support construction activities.

+ Operate machinery and tools properly and in compliance with safety standards.

+ Assist with the assembly and installation of various structures, including framing, drywall, and finishing touches.

+ Maintain a tidy and organized worksite.

+ Collaborate effectively with team members to ensure timely completion of projects.

+ Adhere to all safety guidelines and practices on job sites.

+ Perform drywall installation and finish work, including taping and sanding.

+ Carry out repairs and touch-ups to ensure a high-quality finish.

Requirements

+ At least 2 years of experience in construction or a related field.

+ Familiarity with construction tools and materials.

+ Basic ability to read and interpret blueprints.

+ Strong physical stamina and capability to lift heavy materials.

+ Dependable work ethic and commitment to safety.

+ Effective team communication and collaboration skills.

+ Possession of a valid driver's license is a plus.
