+ Support the senior Test Manufacturing Engineer who is the first escalation point of contact for testing and programming operations: Leak Test, Final Run Test, Motor Programming, and Controller Programming.
+ Support proper operation and maintenance of testing and programming equipment on all assembly and support lines.
+ Assure accessories used for testing operation are available for immediate replacement if necessary: Thermocouples, control cables, power plugs
+ Support the senior Test Manufacturing Engineer in troubleshooting failures of heat pumps and test equipment to locate root cause and provide resolution
+ Data analysis, report issues, and findings using the FPY report.
+ Assist in training of operators at 'Run-off' stations to ensure tests are being properly performed.
+ Identify and resolve improvement opportunities and gaps with training.
+ Create and update work instructions to reflect current procedures in testing and validate improvement ideas with the test engineer.
+ Recognize deficiencies in the test process and find options for improvement together with senior Test Manufacturing Engineer.
Qualifications
+ Must be currently enrolled in an accredited university or college and pursuing a bachelor’s or master’s degree in manufacturing engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related fields.
+ Must possess a minimum overall GPA of at least 3.0.
+ Must be a minimum of 18 years of age.
+ Must be able to speak, read and write English.

+ Previous experience working in a team environment preferred.
+ Ability to use, electrical wiring diagrams and work instructions to assure 100%-unit compliance with quality standards and engineering design.
+ Effective problem-solving skills using proven problem-solving methods.
+ Good written and oral communication skills.
+ Solid Project planning and project management skills.
+ Ability to coordinate and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
+ Demonstrates discipline and consistency regarding adherence to established standards, policies, and procedures.
+ Ability to read and apply work instructions, follow directions, understand and execute safety and quality procedures.
+ Familiar with CD CAD modeling
+ Basic understanding of electricity and how it functions
+ Programming/scripting knowledge
