The Role

We'2019re seeking a dynamic Reporting Business Analyst to join our growing team. This role blends technical expertise with business acumen to design, develop, and deliver impactful dashboards and reports that drive decision-making across our client base. You'2019ll work closely with stakeholders to understand requirements, prototype solutions, and execute designs using modern data tools and agile methodologies.

Key Responsibilities

+ Collaborate with clients and internal teams to gather and analyze reporting requirements

+ Design and prototype dashboards that align with business goals and user needs

+ Develop and maintain reports using Power BI, SQL Server, and other visualization tools

+ Build and optimize data pipelines using Azure Data Factory

+ Support data warehousing initiatives to ensure scalable and reliable reporting infrastructure

+ Translate complex data into clear, actionable insights through intuitive dashboard design

+ Participate in Agile ceremonies and contribute to iterative development cycles

+ Provide client-facing support and training to ensure successful adoption of reporting solutions

Required Skills & Experience

+ Proficiency in Power BI or similar tools (e.g., Tableau)

+ Strong SQL skills and experience with SQL Server

+ Knowledge of data warehousing concepts and architecture

+ Expertise in dashboard design and data visualization best practices

+ Experience with Azure Data Factory for ETL and data integration

+ Experience gathering and documenting business requirements

+ Ability to prototype dashboards and iterate based on feedback

+ Strong communication skills and comfort in client-facing roles

+ Familiarity with Agile methodology and collaborative development environments

+ Child welfare domain expertise is a plus, but not required if other strengths are demonstrated

The base pay offered will be determined on factors such as experience, skills, training, location, certifications, and education. It is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range. Decisions will be determined on a case-by-case basis. A reasonable estimate of the current range is - 475,000/year to - 4150,000/year.
