    **Penn State Health** is currently seeking a full time BC/BE academic faculty physician for our **Family and Community Medicine** outpatient clinical program located in beautiful Reading, PA.

    Our Family and Community Medicine program strives to provide time-sensitive acute and chronic primary care that is comprehensive, compassionate, coordinated and high-quality. We provide a safe, cost-effective environment that is patient-centered for the entire community served by our program. In addition to providing direct patient care, this academic faculty position will participate in educating and training our family medicine residents in a preceptor role, as well as helping to educate our Penn State College of Medicine students.

    Job Requirements

    + Medical degree - M.D., D.O. or foreign equivalent

    + Ability to acquire a license to practice in the State of Pennsylvania

    + Completion of an accredited Family Medicine Residency program

    + Board certification/eligibility in Family Medicine
