Job Responsibilities:
+ Assist Grounds Foreman with the daily operations of maintaining and enhancing the aesthetic beauty of the grounds in all areas Auxiliary Facilities supports
+ Keep all lawn areas cut, trimmed and edged
+ Apply mulch and plant annuals and perennials and weed as needed in planting beds
+ Trim and prune trees and shrubbery as needed
+ Clean up dumpster surround areas and remove debris as needed along with collection, disposal and reclamation of metal items
+ Fall clean-up and leaf removal
+ Assist with additional tasks throughout RIT Housing and other areas that Auxiliary Facilities support
+ Other duties as assigned

Required Qualifications:
+ 6 months to 1 year experience in all seasonal grounds work
+ Ability to work with diverse personalities in a group setting
+ Ability to work independently when needed
+ Required to work in all weather conditions
