    Job Description

    Insight Global is seeking a Oracle Integration Developer to join the team of one of their top clients in the insurance space. This role will be a key contributor to a large-scale Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP implementation, focused on building and managing integrations using Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC). This role supports critical M&A-driven account merges and will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining API-based integrations between Oracle Fusion and various source systems, including Epic. The developer will work hands-on with OIC to configure and secure APIs, troubleshoot integration errors, and resolve performance bottlenecks to ensure reliable and scalable data flow across platforms. This includes learning the architecture of source systems, mapping data endpoints, and ensuring compatibility with Oracle Fusion’s integration framework. The role requires deep experience in middleware platforms, API development, and integration lifecycle management. The developer will collaborate closely with BI teams, application administrators, and other developers to align integration efforts with business and technical requirements. As the organization builds its Oracle environment from the ground up, this position offers a unique opportunity to define integration standards, enforce API security protocols, and guide the team through the complexities of connecting disparate systems into a unified ERP landscape.

    Skills and Requirements

     

    5+ years and hands-on experience with Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) or similar middleware platforms

     

    5+ year and strong API development and configuration skills, including authentication and security

     

    Proven ability to troubleshoot and resolve integration errors and performance issues with Oracle systems

     

    5+ years and deep understanding of Oracle Fusion Cloud and its integration architecture

     

    Proven expertise connecting APIs to ERP systems, especially in financial or operational domains Prior experience integrating financial systems from the ground up

     

    Exposure to Epic or similar source systems

     

    Experience guiding teams with limited OIC exposure through successful integration builds

     

    Strong communication skills for vendor and stakeholder coordination
