If you are motivated and work hard we will provide you with what is necessary to succeed. * Comprehensive benefits package Medical Dental, Vision Life insurance * Paid vacation * 401(k) retirement program * Comprehensive Training program * Growing department * We promote from within * Opportunity to start an exciting career * Collaborative, positive team environment Responsibilities * Receive and fill telephone orders for parts * Read catalogs from computer display to determine replacement part stock numbers and prices. * Gather customer or product information to determine customer needs * Determine replacement parts required, according to inspection of old parts, customer requests, or customers description of malfunction * Oversees the parts sales process from customer inquiry to finding the part to invoicing the customer. * Completes special order parts requests for any parts that need to be ordered for the customer * Communicates with customer on the status of any parts ordered and notifies them upon delivery to the dealership * Works with parts manager to locate any parts not in stock * Performs other duties as assigned * Serves as backup to stocking clerk as necessary * Communicates with staff and customers in a friendly and professional manner * Maintain and clean work and inventory area. * Must follow all company safety policies and procedures * Understands and follows federal, state and local regulations applicable to industry. Qualifications * High School Diploma or equivalent required * Experience with auto parts sales preferred * CDK experience preferred * Customer focused and strives to provide great customer service * Ability to work in a fast-paced work environment * Strong organizational and time management skills * Professional appearance and strong work ethic * Proficient computer skills preferred * Aptitude for numbers.
