Responsibilities:

+ Onboard new hires

+ Coordinate drug testing

+ Add employees to company systems

+ Facilitate online trainings

+ I-9 documentation

+ Schedule off site safety training

+ Track and submit training hours

+ Keep inventory, order, and issue PPE

+ Update and maintain tracking spreadsheets

+ Other duties and projects as assigned

Requirements:

+ Must have strong communication skills

+ Be organized and detail oriented

+ Strength in professionalism and customer service

+ Ability to work with minimal mistakes in a fast paced environment

+ Must be able to type and use Microsoft Office

+ Pass drug test and criminal background check

+ Onboarding experience preferred
