    Description

    We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Document Processor to join our team. The Document Processor will be responsible for accurately preparing, reviewing, and organizing documents to ensure they meet company and regulatory standards. This role requires strong attention to detail, efficient problem-solving skills, and the ability to work both independently and as part of a collaborative team.

    Key Responsibilities:

    Document Preparation and Review:

    + Process and format documents according to company guidelines and procedures.

    + Review documents for accuracy, completeness, and compliance with policies and regulations.

    + Identify and correct errors, inconsistencies, or missing information in documents.

    Electronic and Physical Records Management:

    + Digitize and organize physical documents in centralized electronic document systems.

    + Maintain proper classification and labeling of documents for easy retrieval.

    + Ensure security and confidentiality of sensitive information in alignment with company policies.

    Workflow Coordination:

    + Collaborate with teams to prioritize document processing tasks and meet deadlines.

    + Track document statuses and provide updates to managers or relevant personnel as needed.

    + Communicate effectively to resolve delays, discrepancies, or issues during document processing.

    Compliance and Quality Assurance:

    + Ensure processed documents adhere to industry regulations and company standards.

    + Conduct audits and checks to maintain the integrity of document files.

    + Report any compliance risks or concerns to the appropriate department.

    Administrative Support:

    + Prepare reports and summaries related to document workflows and processing metrics.

    + Support special projects, such as organizational audits or system upgrades, as required.

    Requirements

    + High school diploma or equivalent required; associate’s degree or certification in office administration, data processing, or a related field preferred.

    + Proven experience in document processing, administrative support, or similar roles.

    + Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and document management systems.

    + Typing speed and accuracy suitable for high-volume document workflows.

    + Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

    + Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
