Description

Robert Half is actively seeking an upbeat and detail-oriented Bilingual Vietnamese Customer Service Representative for a temp-to-hire opportunity with our client in Covina, CA. This role will focus on delivering exceptional service, ensuring customer satisfaction, and bridging effective communication between the company and its Vietnamese-speaking clients. Responsibilities:

+ Provide friendly and professional customer service while addressing inquiries, concerns, and requests via phone, email, or in person.

+ Act as a liaison between clients and internal teams, facilitating clear and concise communication in English and Vietnamese.

+ Assist clients with order processing, returns, account updates, and product information.

+ Resolve customer complaints promptly and escalate complex issues to appropriate departments for resolution.

+ Maintain and update customer records in the company’s CRM system with accuracy.

+ Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure customer needs are met efficiently.

+ Contribute to process improvements to enhance customer service delivery.

Requirements

+ High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree or higher preferred.

+ Fluency in both English and Vietnamese (spoken and written).

+ 1-2 years of customer service or related experience preferred.

+ Strong problem-solving skills and ability to handle challenging customer interactions professionally.

+ Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM systems is a plus.

+ Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a focus on providing stellar service.

+ Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
