    ### Job Duties

    Recruit, screen, interview, and complete onboarding and training for new drivers. Take point and manage investigations and resolutions of all insurance claims. Watch for and update necessary driver documents, truck and trailer documents, and file IFTA monthly. Complete toll payments through various government websites. Upkeep safety through the monitoring of drivers’ logs, ensuring the completion of drug tests and conduct pre-employment background checks. Work on miscellaneous office tasks including filing, printing, etc. Maintain timekeeping system and ensure payroll/invoicing is accurate.
