    Position is grant funded, Full time for a period of 5 years.

    Responsibilities

    + Design, Develop, Implement new courses, Training, Competencies, education Programs, Scenarios, and simulation tools.

    + Design & Implement evaluation tools and mechanisms to measure learning outcomes.

    + Develop and keep current contemporary competency requirements for Clinical advancement

    + Manage nurse residences and fellowships

    + Manage Simulation Lab

    + Budget for Simulation Lab

    Requirements

    + Bachelors Degree, Master Preferred

    + NYS RN License Preferred

    + Staff Education Experience

    + Adult Learning Theory Experience

    + Simulation Experience
