Your role

+ Define capabilities required for implementation start

Your skills and experience

+ 15 years of experience

+ At least 10 years of Salesforce implementation experience (at least 8 as a Solutions Architect)

+ Experience aligning SFDC technologies with both, prospect business goals and technical requirements.

+ Technical and business requirements gathering, and effective positioning of SFDC solutions to meet those requirements.

+ Experience in developing and delivering demonstrations to senior level personnel.

+ Experience managing offshore development resources, tasks including configuration, customization, data migration, integration)

+ Knowledge of/experience with formal delivery methodologies

+ End-to- end business architecture and supporting technical components for at least 3 Salesforce projects

+ Significant Consulting/client facing background

+ Participation in each phase of at least three full Salesforce lifecycle implementations

+ Nice to Have: Certified Salesforce Architect
