Delaware North Gaming is hiring a full-time Dining Attendant to join our team at Southland Casino in West Memphis, Arkansas. As a dining Attendant, you will be responsible for preparing and serving concession items while providing an excellent guest experience.

What will you do?

+ Continously wipe and clean area and tables multiple times

+ Sweep/mob

+ Clean refrigeration items in the area

+ Maintain Cleaning Logs

+ Report Safety and maintenance issues to management

+ Clean area according to procedures and sanitation guidelines

+ Replenish supplies in the dining room

More about you

+ Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment

+ Previous experience in a hospitality, restaurant or customer service role

+ Excellent verbal communication and active listening skills

Physical requirements

+ Constant standing, walking, bending, reaching, and repetitive motions

+ Ability to lift stock to 50 pounds occasionally

+ May be required to work in narrow spaces or variable temperatures, depending on the season
