    Salary: $536 / Week

     

    Nurse Practitioner – Wound Care | PRN

     

    Looking for NPs based in Toledo, Sandusky, Fremont, or Monroe, OH | Home Visits + SNFs | Solo Treatment | Direct Placement

     

    Assignment Details

     

    + Start Date: ASAP

    + Schedule: PRN | Mon–Fri, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

    + Notice: 72 hours provided before shift

    + Shift Requirements: Must be available for full 8-hour shifts on weekdays; weekend-only availability not accepted

    + Rate: W2 pay

    + Travel: Up to 1-1.5 hours from city center | 70 cents/mile

     

    Clinical Scope

     

    + Wound care visits in homes and SNFs

    + Each visit: ~45–60 minutes

    + Procedures may include debridement, skin substitutions, wound assessment

    + EMR: Atlas (proprietary system)

    + Direction provided by medical director/regional coordinator

    Requirements

    + Board Certified NP (FNP, AGNP, or AGACNP via AANP or ANCC)

    + Active Ohio NP license

    + Must have wound care experience (new grads accepted only with prior wound care exposure)
