    + **Spark connections** **: Use your charisma and product knowledge to guide customers to the perfect audio solution.**

    + **Drive results** **: Meet weekly sales goals and overcome objections like a true sales pro.**

    + **Empower the team** **: Train Best Buy staff so they can confidently share Sony’s story.**

    + **Share insights** **: Submit quick post-shift reports with photos to keep the momentum going.**
