Job Description

We are seeking a strategic and technically skilled ERP Architect to lead the design, integration, and optimization of our enterprise resource planning systems, with a primary focus on Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations. The ideal candidate will bring deep expertise in Dynamics 365 F&O and a working knowledge of NetSuite, supporting our hybrid ERP environment and long-term roadmap. This role will be pivotal in shaping scalable architecture, driving cross-functional collaboration, and ensuring seamless data flow across business units.

Lead the architectural design and implementation of Dynamics 365 F&O, including integrations, customizations, and module configurations.

Provide strategic guidance on ERP optimization and potential transitions involving NetSuite and Dynamics.

Collaborate with Finance, Operations, Sales, and IT teams to gather requirements and translate them into scalable ERP solutions.

Design and implement data migration strategies, system integrations (e.g., CRM, HRIS, WMS), and reporting frameworks.

Serve as the subject matter expert for Dynamics 365 F&O best practices, governance, and system optimization.

Oversee third-party vendors and consultants involved in ERP implementation and support.

Develop and maintain technical documentation, architecture diagrams, and process flows.

Ensure ERP security, compliance, and performance standards are met.

Skills and Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.

5+ years of ERP architecture experience, with 3+ years of hands-on experience in Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations.

Proven experience with NetSuite in a technical or functional capacity.

Deep understanding of finance, supply chain, and operations processes within ERP systems.

Expertise in integrating third-party applications with Dynamics 365 F&O (Preferred: Experience with both Dynamics and NetSuite).

Proficiency in relevant programming languages and integration tools (X++, Power Platform, SuiteScript, SuiteTalk, Dell Boomi, Celigo, MuleSoft).

Experience in large-scale enterprise transitions and data migrations.

Knowledge of industry-specific regulations and compliance requirements.

Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment. Dynamics 365 F&O certification
