About the Role
PDS Tech Commercial, partnering with a leading name in electronic manufacturing, is seeking a dependable **Facilities Support professional** to help maintain a clean, safe, and efficient workplace at our Portland location. This position plays a vital role in supporting daily operations by ensuring that employees and visitors experience a professional and well-kept environment.
Key Responsibilities
+ Maintain cleanliness and organization in offices, lobbies, conference rooms, restrooms, lunchrooms, and other common areas.
+ Perform routine custodial tasks including dusting, vacuuming, sweeping, mopping, polishing, shampooing carpets, washing windows, emptying trash, and waxing floors as needed.
+ Restock and monitor supplies in restrooms, storage areas, and cleanrooms.
+ Identify and report safety concerns promptly to the Facilities Manager.
+ Secure all entrances and exits at the end of each shift.
+ Operate and maintain janitorial equipment (training provided for specialized equipment).
+ Complete assignments accurately and on time with minimal supervision.
Qualifications
+ Strong sense of integrity, reliability, and pride in work.
+ Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.
+ Ability to work independently and take initiative.
+ Prior experience operating janitorial equipment preferred.
+ Basic computer skills or the ability to learn relevant systems.
Preferred Qualifications
+ High school diploma or equivalent.
+ Knowledge of OSHA safety standards.
+ Experience in facilities support, custodial services, or general building maintenance.
Work Environment
This position requires working in a cleanroom environment where fragrances (such as perfumes or colognes) are prohibited.

**Pay Details:** $20.00 per hour
