    What you will be doing:

    + Responsible for managing all certifications to ensure compliance with NSF/ANSI drinking water treatment industry standards and the Healthy H2O Act which requires participants to have third party validations.

    + Creating and implementing quality control policies, procedures, and standards.

    + Drive continuous improvement and best in class initiatives.

    + Responsible for preparing and conducting tests, analyzing results, and maintaining and calibrating laboratory equipment as needed

    + Direct employees engaged in inspection and testing activities to ensure continuous control over materials, facilities, and products.

    + Develop and implement corrective action plans and improvements to products and processes

    + Develop and implement process documentation such as process flow diagrams, PFMEAs, process control plans, work instructions, visual aids, and Quality alerts.

    What you need:

    + Bachelor's degree in business, business management, marketing, engineering (technology), or a related field (required).

    + 5+ years of relevant experience in quality assurance, quality control, or a related field (required).
