    Mechanical Maintenance Technician – 2nd Shift (Level III)

    _Industry Leading Automotive Parts Manufacturer – Lakewood, NY_

    Are you a seasoned industrial maintenance professional ready to take on new challenges? An industry leading automotive parts manufacturer is seeking a Mechanical Maintenance Technician (Level III) for our Lakewood, NY location. This full-time, onsite role is perfect for candidates with at least 7 years of hands-on industrial maintenance experience, particularly those with Millwright expertise and a strong mechanical aptitude.

    Job Specifications

    + **Job Type:** Full-Time, Onsite (Direct Hire)

    + **Location:** Lakewood, NY

    + **Pay Rate:** $35/hr plus overtime

    + **Shift:** 2nd shift (mandatory overtime and weekends)

    Roles and Responsibilities

    + Maintain, repair, and troubleshoot CNC machines and engine component production equipment

    + Perform comprehensive mechanical and electrical repairs with high craftsmanship standards

    + Conduct regular quality inspections and uphold strict safety protocols

    + Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth, continuous operations

    + Mentor junior technicians and support the Apprenticeship Program

    + Complete preventative maintenance tasks and work orders using Maximo

    + Apply TPM (Total Productive Maintenance) principles and maintain a clean, organized workspace

    Qualifications & Skills

    + Minimum 7 years of industrial maintenance experience; Millwright background preferred

    + Proficient with CNC, HMI, robotic controls, and diagnostic tools

    + Skilled at reading and interpreting blueprints and technical diagrams

    + Technical education or certifications preferred but not required

    + Solid understanding of NEC/IEC standards and industrial safety; familiarity with 70E certification

    + Willingness to work mandatory overtime and weekend shifts

    + Flexibility to assist across various production areas as needed

    + Industrial experience required (residential/commercial backgrounds not considered)
