    What You'll Be Doing

    + Operate front-end loaders to transport and load raw materials safely and efficiently

    + Perform routine equipment inspections and basic maintenance tasks

    + Communicate with team members to coordinate material movement and ensure production flow

    + Maintain clean and organized work areas in compliance with safety standards

    + Assist with other quarry operations as needed to support production goals

    What Are We Looking For

    + Demonstrated ability to safely operate heavy equipment in a production environment

    + Strong awareness of safety protocols and commitment to safe work practices

    + Ability to follow instructions and work collaboratively in a team setting

    + Basic mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn equipment maintenance

    + Reliable attendance and adaptability to changing work priorities

    Conditions of Employment

    + Successful candidate must submit to post-offer pre-employment physical examination, drug/alcohol screen, and background check

    + Some positions require FMCSA regulated ongoing drug and alcohol testing

    Work Environment

    + Role operates primarily in environments where the conditions include moving mechanical equipment, inclement weather, heat, cold, humidity, and elevated noise level

    + Night shift
