    Pay: $25

     

    Are you a detail-oriented and organized AP professional looking to grow with a dynamic company? We’re seeking an Accounts Payable Specialist to join our expanding team!

    What You’ll Do:

    + Process invoices accurately and in a timely manner

    + Manage vendor relationships and ensure payments are made on schedule

    + Match POs to invoices and resolve discrepancies

    + Assist in month-end closing and financial reporting

    + Maintain records and ensure compliance with company policies

    + Communicate effectively across departments to streamline AP processes

    + Handle multiple tasks and prioritize work efficiently

    What We’re Looking For:

    + Experience in Accounts Payable, invoice processing, and vendor management

    + Strong knowledge of PO matching and reconciliation

    + Proficiency in accounting software and Excel

    + Excellent communication and problem-solving skills

    + Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
