Our client, a leading organization in document management and data processing, is seeking a Document Prep Specialist to join their team. As a Document Prep Specialist, you will be part of the Operations Department supporting the document processing team. The ideal candidate will have attention to detail, reliability, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully in the organization.

**Job Title:** Document Prep Specialist

**Pay Range:** $18.00 per hour

**Shift:** 3:30 PM - 12:00 AM, Monday through Friday

What's the Job?

+ Perform seated tasks involving review and preparation of documents

+ Remove staples, paper clips, and other fasteners from documents

+ Straighten bent corners or folded pages to ensure documents lay flat

+ Maintain the order of documents when returning them to cartons

+ Adhere to safety standards, including wearing protective footwear if required

What's Needed?

+ Minimum of 1 year of relevant experience in document handling or preparation

+ Ability to read and understand instructions clearly

+ Strong focus and attention to detail

+ Presentable and appropriate attire for a professional environment

+ Physical capability to perform repetitive seated tasks and reach as needed
