Vocational Experience Coach
Reporting to the Vocational Development Coordinator, the Vocational Experience Coachlead engaging workshops and one-on-one coaching sessions focused on job readiness, financial literacy, and work/life balance. The Vocational Experience Coach also manage vocational assignments, supervise client projects, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to support recovery and reintegration. Education:
+ CPRS certification (in good standing or eligible) required
+ Bachelor’s degree in a related field preferred
Experience/Requirements:
+ Minimum 3 years in addictions treatment, counseling, or adult education preferred
+ Valid driver’s license

+ Strong interpersonal and motivational skills
+ Knowledge of adult learning models and interviewing techniques
+ Ability to work with diverse educational and vocational backgrounds
+ Detail-oriented and collaborative team player
+ Familiarity with case management and ethical standards
Key Responsibilities: Program Leadership
+ Facilitate orientation, training, and discussion groups
+ Assign and support clients in vocational roles (e.g., Kitchen, Housekeeping)
+ Track progress through performance evaluations and financial close-outs
+ Maintain vocational schedules and update master rosters
+ Collaborate with staff to coordinate special projects and client assignments
Client Empowerment
+ Conduct individual and group coaching sessions
+ Identify skill gaps and provide targeted support
+ Build relationships with partner employers
+ Help clients develop employment plans aligned with treatment goals
+ Document all interactions in EHR and meet with clients bi-weekly (weekly preferred)
Team Support & Flexibility
+ Prepare reports and ensure compliance with documentation standards
+ Cross-train to support other roles during staff absences
+ Perform other duties as assigned
Hourly Rate : $18 - $20 plus $1.00 per hour worked paid out quarterly (must be actively working) Work Schedule: 8a-4p Monday - Friday including 1 Weekend Per Month
