Description We are looking for an experienced Accounting Clerk to join our team in Tulsa, Oklahoma. This is a 100% onsite, Contract to permanent position that offers an excellent opportunity to develop your skills in accounts payable, accounts receivable, and other essential accounting functions. The ideal candidate will have a strong attention to detail and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, detail-oriented setting.

Responsibilities:

• Handle accounts payable tasks, including voucher-based expense processing.

• Assist in accounts receivable duties such as managing cash receipts and invoice entry.

• Perform account reconciliations to ensure accuracy and compliance.

• Accurately enter and validate financial data into accounting systems.

• Process invoices and expense vouchers in a timely manner.

• Support cross-training initiatives in various accounting functions.

• Utilize Epicor software for efficient accounting operations.

• Collaborate with team members to streamline workflows and improve processes.

• Ensure adherence to company policies and accounting standards. Requirements • Proven experience in accounts payable and accounts receivable processes.

• Proficiency in data entry and maintaining accurate financial records.

• Familiarity with invoice processing and account reconciliation procedures.

• Knowledge of expense voucher handling and related accounting tasks.

• Experience working with Epicor or similar accounting software.

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

• Ability to work effectively in an onsite, team-oriented environment.

• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
