    Senior Fabricator – Sheet Metal Production

     

    Adecco is looking for a **skilled Senior Fabricator** to join our client's sheet metal production team. In this role, you’ll take ownership of all aspects of sheet metal fabrication and the manufacturing of enclosures and panels for diverse product lines. You’ll bring strong welding expertise (MIG/TIG) and hands-on experience with fabrication equipment, backed by the ability to read and interpret engineering prints.

     

    This is a **full-time position** with flexible start times, competitive pay between **$20–$30 per hour** , a **$2,000 sign-on bonus** , and **benefits starting on Day 1** .

    What You’ll Do

    + Interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and work orders to determine fabrication methods and material requirements.

    + Measure, cut, and shape raw materials using precision equipment (shears, punches, bending machines, etc.).

    + Apply welding techniques (MIG, TIG, etc.) and joining methods to assemble components.

    + Safely set up, operate, and maintain fabrication machinery and tools.

    + Inspect finished products for accuracy and adherence to quality standards.

    + Collaborate with teammates, engineers, and supervisors to improve workflow and production processes.

    + Always prioritize workplace safety.

    What You’ll Bring

    + High school diploma or equivalent (technical training or certification preferred).

    + Proficiency in metal fabrication and welding equipment.

    + Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.

    + Strong measurement skills with a focus on precision and quality.

    + Proven track record of following safety guidelines in a manufacturing environment.

    Work Environment & Physical Requirements

    + Full-time, Monday–Friday, 7:00 a.m.–3:30 p.m. (flexible start between 6–8 a.m.).

    + Manufacturing production environment with required PPE (safety glasses, shoes, gloves, hearing protection).

    + Requires regular lifting (up to 40 lbs), pushing/pulling (up to 200 lbs), prolonged standing, bending, kneeling, and other physical activity.

    + Must be eligible for compliance with U.S. export regulations (ITAR/EAR).

    **Pay Details:** $20.00 to $30.00 per hour
