    Responsibilities for a Customer Service Representative include but are not limited to:

    + Answer incoming phone calls, identify caller needs, and resolve issues on the first call.

    + Navigate computer systems to identify issue status and provide accurate responses.

    + Deliver information and answer questions in a professional, positive manner to support strong customer relationships.

    + Complete necessary documentation to track and resolve issues.

    + Collaborate with team leads and fellow representatives to ensure efficient support.

    Candidates for the Customer Service Representative must meet the following requirements to be considered:

    + High School Diploma or GED (required).

    + Strong communication and customer service skills.

    + Ability to multitask and document issues accurately while speaking with customers.

    + Experience handling inbound calls and resolving customer inquiries.

    + Ability to work a 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM schedule (training 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM for 3+ weeks onsite in Fort Worth, TX).

    Preferred Qualifications:

    + Call center experience with back-to-back calls.

    + Ability to work with limited supervision.

    + Schedule: Full-time, 40 hours/week | Training: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM | Post-training: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM

    **Pay Details:** $17.39 per hour
