Operations Coordinator jobs require candidates to support the U.S. based team with hands-on role that will provide a wide range of support cross-functionally with a focus on HR, Finance, and Order Processing within a manufacturing environment. Shift: Monday-Friday, 8:00am-5:00pm

Pay: $30-$40 per hour based on experience.

Responsibilities for Operations Coordinator jobs include but are not limited to:

+ Manage accounts payable and receivable

+ Reconcile bank statements and general ledge entries

+ Ensure compliance with internal policies and procedures

+ Partner with hiring managers to support job posting, candidate screening and scheduling, offer letters, and Onboarding

+ Order Processing & Logistics

+ Maintain accurate records of transactions and shipments.

Candidates must meet the following requirements to be considered for Operations Coordinator jobs:

+ Associate Degree in Business Administration or related Field.

+ 3+ years of experience supporting cross-functionally, preferably in manufacturing or engineering environment.

+ Knowledge of HR and Finance practices and compliance.

+ Excellent interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills.

+ Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, matrixed environment.

+ Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and HRIS/Payroll systems.

+ Experienced with Quick Books, Meeting deadlines and reliable.

**Pay Details:** $30.00 to $40.00 per hour
