Description We are looking for a dedicated Attorney/Lawyer to join our team in Las Vegas, Nevada. The ideal candidate will bring expertise in civil litigation defense and a commitment to delivering exceptional legal services. This role offers an opportunity to grow professionally while contributing to dynamic and challenging cases.

Responsibilities:

• Develop case strategies and defenses tailored to client needs.

• Draft and prepare motions, discovery documents, and other legal filings.

• Manage all day-to-day aspects of case files independently.

• Represent clients in court for discovery conferences and motion arguments.

• Conduct and defend depositions with precision and professionalism.

• Review and analyze documents to support case development and defense.

• Supervise and provide guidance to paralegals on case-related tasks.

• Prepare comprehensive reports for clients and insurance companies outlining relevant case facts and analysis.

• Collaborate on trial preparation, including strategy discussions, client interviews, and witness preparation.

• Execute direct and cross-examinations during trial proceedings. Requirements

• Must hold a valid license to practice law.

• Minimum of 1 years’ experience in civil litigation defense; experience in construction-related and personal injury cases is preferred.

• Exceptional legal writing and drafting skills.

• Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal abilities.

• Positive attitude with a willingness to take on responsibilities.

• Demonstrated ability to work independently and manage case files.

• Desire to grow professionally and contribute to team success.

• Ability to instruct and manage paralegal staff effectively.
