    We are seeking a strategic and results-oriented Senior Program Manager to lead the critical integration to fully integrate the cross-functional enterprise team. This role is pivotal to Vanguard’s mission of delivering deeply personalized, data-driven marketing experiences that resonate across digital and physical channels. As the Senior Program Manager, you drive enterprise-wide change by aligning marketing capabilities, data-driven strategies, and operational excellence to deliver personalized, scalable, and measurable client experiences. We’re building a next-generation personalization capability that uses data, technology, and experimentation to deliver tailored experiences at scale across the investor journey.

    Strategic Program Leadership & Business Transformation

    + Develop multi-year transformation roadmap

    + Design/optimize cross-functional operating model

    + Manage a portfolio of high-impact initiatives aligned to enterprise strategy and measurable KPIs.

    + Establish governance frameworks to prioritize, align, and accelerate cross-functional marketing efforts.

    Change Management & Operational Excellence

    + Design and implement change strategies to drive adoption of new tools, processes, and ways of working.

    + Conduct training and to validate new ways of working

    + Improve operational efficiency through planning governance, campaign orchestration, and process standardization.

    + Drive 100% technical and capability adoption across the enterprise to scale the impact of HyperPersonalization.

    + Lead quarterly and annual planning cycles, managing cross functional dependencies to deliver high impact, personalized experiences that drive outcomes.

    Innovation & Experimentation

    + Lead with an experimentation mindset to foster and scale experimentation as baseline expectation.

    + Scale AI-driven personalization capabilities across channels using platforms like Adobe Experience Platform.

    + Operationalize data-driven use cases through orchestration tools, SMS, push, and unified targeting strategies.

    + Partner with Martech and Analytics to embed personalization into campaign workflows and audience strategy.

    Qualifications

    + 10+ years of experience in marketing transformation, program management, or go-to-market strategy within a complex, matrixed organization.

    + Proven success leading enterprise-scale initiatives that integrate digital marketing, data analytics, and customer experience.

    + Unique ability to build strong relationships and drive buy in and establish momentum for change.

    + Innovative, AI driven mindset that inspires change.

    + Deep understanding of AI-driven marketing, Martech platforms (e.g., Adobe Experience Platform), and customer lifecycle management.

    + Strong business acumen with a track record of delivering revenue growth, operational efficiency, and improved customer engagement.

    + Exceptional communication, stakeholder management, project management, and leadership skills.

    + Experience managing large budgets and cross-functional teams.

    + Passion for innovation, personalization, and client-centric marketing.

     

    This role is part of our hybrid work model with Tuesdays – Thursdays required in our offices to foster collaboration and relationships. On Mondays and Fridays, our crew will have the option to work remotely, or continue working from our offices in Malvern PA.
