    Title: Program Manager

     

    Schedule: Monday through Friday (ONSITE) 8-5pm

     

    Start: ASAP

     

    Type: contract

     

    Duration: 12 months

     

    Pay rate: $100/hr

    Education:

    Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field.

    Requirements

    • 5+ years of experience in program management, project management, or a related role, preferably in a tech environment.

    • Flexible and able to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

    • Meticulous attention to detail, ensuring high-quality deliverables.

    • Collaborative mindset, with a focus on building strong relationships and fostering teamwork.

    *Able to oversee and coordinate multiple projects related to divestiture work.

     

    Bring a strong background in project management, excellent leadership skills, and the ability to drive cross-functional teams towards achieving project milestones

    Responsibilities

    • Oversee the execution of projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within scope, and within budget.

    • Engage stakeholders, ensuring their needs and expectations are met, and facilitate regular communication and updates to them.

    • Develop solution-based approaches to project issues and customer relationship management.

    • Identify potential risks, develop mitigation strategies, and monitor and manage risks throughout the project lifecycle.

    • Lead continuous improvement efforts in all aspects of the project management team.

    • Prepare and present regular project status reports and maintain comprehensive project documentation.

    • Track program costs and provide monthly reporting.
