    Position Overview:

    We are seeking a strategic and results-oriented Manager to lead 360 Marketing for Jo Malone London and Aramis North America. This role drives brand growth through product strategy, consumer insights, go-to-market planning, trade marketing, and integrated activations. The Manager partners cross-functionally to deliver impactful launches, elevate brand presence, and inspire teams to achieve business goals.

    Key Responsibilities:

    + **Product Strategy:** Lead category strategy, forecasting, and assortment planning to deliver growth and achieve financial targets. Guide cross-functional teams to execute high-impact launches and leverage market insights to strengthen brand equity.

    + **Consumer & Market Insights:** Analyze POS data, trends, and competitive activity to shape strategy, positioning, and messaging. Translate insights into actionable plans that anticipate consumer and market shifts.

    + **Go-to-Market & Activation:** Develop and execute 360 marketing plans across channels, optimizing pricing, positioning, and messaging. Partner with global teams to maximize omnichannel assets, merchandising, and sampling.

    + **Trade Marketing & Visual Merchandising:** Build retailer-specific programs and VM strategies that drive in-store impact and sales performance. Oversee production and execution of visual assets.

    + **Integrated Marketing:** Lead paid, earned, and co-op planning to ensure consistency, maximize ROI, and apply learnings to future campaigns.

    + **Leadership:** Manage and develop direct/indirect reports, fostering collaboration, accountability, and flawless execution.

    Qualifications

    + Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.

    + 5+ years of progressive marketing experience in luxury beauty or CPG.

    + Proven success developing and executing 360 marketing strategies.

    + Strong analytical, strategic planning, and project management skills.

    + Collaborative leader with experience managing cross-functional teams.

    + Passionate about innovation, brand building, and the luxury consumer experience.
