    Overview:To assist Smokehouse operator with daily duties.

    Job Description:

    Responsibilities:

    + Assist operators in daily duties.

    + Clean up on weekends.

    + Load/unload houses and blast cells.

    + Notify lead or supervisors of any issues.

    + Computer skills a plus

    + Read and understand cook & busl charts and thermometer.

    Qualifications:

    + Must have less that 7 points

    + No write ups in the previous 12 months

    + Must be in current position at least 6 months
