    Description of Work Unit

    TheColorado State University ( CSU ) School of Social Work( SSW ) is a nationally recognized program, offering both Bachelor of Social Work and Master of Social Work degrees. It’s part of theCollege of Health and Human Sciences, and its programs are accredited by theCouncil on Social Work Education.

    Position Summary

    The Program Coordinator will support the CO- SOC WCC Program Directors and Program Manager to coordinate the Colorado System of Care Workforce Capacity Center (CO- SOC WCC ), which will oversee the certification, training, technical assistance, and fidelity monitoring for behavioral health providers within the Colorado System of Care. Opportunities for this position include: (i) working with Program Directors and Program Manager to create a statewide system that delivers intensive home-based treatment and behavioral health services for high-acuity youth and their families, (ii) managing the CO- SOC WCC with a network of university, state, and national behavioral health organizations; (iii) receiving mentorship from expert multi-disciplinary collaborators in the fields of social work, prevention science, and implementation science; and (iv) providing leadership in a transformative initiative that will have long-term impacts on youth and families in Colorado.

    Required Job Qualifications

    + Bachelor’s degree in social work, psychology, public health, developmental science, or a related field

    + Two years of program coordination experience

    + Demonstrated ability to complete tasks in a timely manner

    + Strong coordination, communication and organizational skills

    Preferred Job Qualifications

    + Master’s degree in social work, psychology, public health, developmental science, or a related field

    + Prior experience working with community behavioral health organizations

    + Familiarity with evidence-based services for high-acuity youth, such as High Fi Wraparound ( HFW ), Functional Family Therapy ( FFT ), or Multisystemic Therapy ( MST )

    + Familiarity with Enhanced Standardized Assessment ( ESA ), Child and Adolescent Needs and Strengths ( CANS ) assessment, or other comprehensive assessment tools

    + Experience with coordinating projects across university, community, and state partners

    Duty/Responsibility

    Serve as Program Coordinator for the Colorado System of Care Workforce Capacity Center (CO- SOC WCC ):

    + Collaborate with university, state, and community partners to meet project goals

    + Plan and coordinate project meetings, trainings, and events

    + Coordinate project documentation, tracking, and security of sensitive information

    + Coordinate completion and submission of annual reports, monthly summaries, and budget reports

    + Coordinate communication of project information, status, and key issues to the Program Directors and Health Care Policy & Financing ( HCPF ) and Behavioral Health Administration ( BHA ) partners

    + Other duties as assigned

    Support the Program Manager in coordinating:

    + Development of CO- SOC WCC standard operating protocol manuals, key activity plans, and other project planning/management tools

    + Implementation of CO- SOC WCC organizational, quality control, and quality assurance procedures and systems

    + Presentation of reports to HCPF and BHA and facilitate strategic planning sessions across the CO- SOC WCC

    + Project data collection, data entry, and management of electronic data records including protected health information

    Support the Certification Manager in coordinating:

    + Process for training and certifying HFW coaches and ensuring that they are trained and certified in the National Wraparound Implementation Center ( NWIC ) model

    + Process for ensuring all HFW , MST , and FFT service providers and intermediaries are in good standing and maintaining fidelity to the CO- SOC model

    + Technical assistance to help with the fidelity and validity of the CANS

    + The Learning Hub through OwnPath platform for tracking Enhanced Standardized Assessment certifications and recertifications

    + Statewide dashboard that tracks the number of trained HFW , MST , and FFT providers, their geographic locations, CANS and ESA certification, and when retraining or re-certification is needed.

    + Certification data collection, data entry, and management of electronic data records for providers delivering HFW , MST , FFT , ESA , and CANS

    + Documentation tracking that all certification procedures and protocols are being followed – Certification trainings and events
